I’ve been in the customer service and administrative world nearly my entire life! My journey started early. At 12 years old, my mom (an accountant and tax pro) had me reconciling my own checking account in QuickBooks. By 13, I had my first job with the Folsom Chamber of Commerce selling rodeo tickets, supporting office operations, and working directly with the public. I’ve been building on that foundation ever since!
During COVID, I launched I'm On It! Virtual Assistant Services from the ground up. I created the name, logo, website, business cards, filed my business license, and opened a checking account! Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs all over the country with inbox management, invoicing, social media, scheduling, and so much more!
